We are looking for an experienced Client Implementation Manager with a solid technical background, and excellent project management and communication skills. You will act as a key point of contact with customers to lead software implementations for new and existing clients and ensure program deliverables are on budget and meet implementation deadlines. You will serve as the liaison between clients and our software development and QA teams to gather, analyze and communicate technical and business requirements in both directions to ensure successful delivery of our software solutions.
As a Client Implementation Manager you have a versatile range of skills. You build strong relationships internal stakeholders and clients by delivering a positive on-boarding experience. You are assertive and skilled at managing client expectations and keeping project timelines in check. You understand that the devil is in the detail, you have a sixth sense for scope creep and you get out in front of issues that can derail a project or negatively impact the customer experience. You also understand that customer satisfaction is the highest priority and seek to foster a spirit of partnership and collaboration. You always keep the customer experience in mind, and actively seek ways to build, improve, and refine our current processes.

This is a full-time permanent position working Monday to Friday. You’ll make an attractive starting salary commensurate with experience, as well as a full benefits package and vacation.

Develop a strong understanding of our products and how our customers use them.
Gather and formulate client requirements and specifications for development team.
Work with developers and project team to create implementation plans and timelines to meet client expectations and contract requirements.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and report back to clients and senior management on progress of all deliverables.
Collect client feedback and new feature requests and communicate with upper management and development team to contribute to strategic development of product road map.
Post-secondary degree in business, engineering or related field.
3-5 years experience in a project management / software implementation role.
Exceptional customer and project management skills with the ability to multi-task, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Prior experience in a client-facing role.
Ability to quickly gather and translate technical concepts and effectively communicate them to a non-technical audience.
Ability to juggle multiple projects, work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Strong organizational skills and experience using PM software.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office — Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge and experience in legal tech and / or experience working with legal documents is an asset.
Knowledge / experience working with JIRA.
