Infoware Introduces New Managed IT Services Plans
Gain peace of mind with proactive IT services and predictable pricing
TORONTO, June 12, 2014 – Infoware Canada Inc. .(www.infoware.ca), a leader in the provision of outsourced IT support and services for law firms and other professional services organizations, announced today at the Law Society of Upper Canada’s Solo and Small Firm Conference the launch of Managed IT Services.
Developed specifically for smaller organizations that do not have in-house IT expertise Infoware’s new managed IT services ensure a firm’s technology infrastructure is proactively monitored and managed to maximize efficiencies, minimize downtime and keep the firm safe from threats all at a predictable and reasonable cost.
The new managed plans “include the standard IT infrastructure required to support a small business and gives the busy professional peace of mind that their technology is being taken care of by professionals”, says Infoware’s President, Alan Dingle. “The new plans are comprised of our managed workstations, managed email, and managed security services. Everything from your PC to email to web security can be included and also can be scaled to include additional services such as server monitoring and patching, offsite backup, email archiving and encryption and more” says David Ip, Manager of Infoware’s Managed Services division and the designer of the new managed plans. Initial plans include:
Managed Workstations: Monitoring – Maintenance – Support
Managed Email: Security – Maintenance – Support
Managed Security: Systems Monitoring – Administration – Consulting
Each plan is configured separately based on the unique needs of a firm. Standard, pre-defined plans are used as a starting point and can be enhanced a la carte with additional services as required. All managed IT services plans are tailored to meet specific customer needs, conform to budgets and achieve practical results quickly.
“The Managed IT Services Plan is an exciting addition to our suite of IT support and services we already offer customers and something that will meet the specific needs and budgets of sole practitioners and small firms”, says Bruno Rochon, Infoware’s Manager of Support and Services. “We provide technical knowledge about the technology our customers need, and practical knowledge about the solutions that are right for their businesses, regardless of size. Sole practitioners and small firms now can rely on our IT expertise and concentrate on serving their clients and growing their businesses.”
