Infoware Group Joins Legal Technology Core Competency Certification Coalition (LTC4) reinforcing best practices and training for legal documentation
Infoware is proud to join the Legal Technology Core Competency Certification Coalition (LTC4) as a vendor member. LTC4 is a non-profit association that has developed legal technology core competencies and certification for law firms to promote and measure ongoing efficiency improvements across their lawyers and support staff.
Leveraging technology to drive efficiencies is critical for the legal industry. Momentum for LTC4 is building quickly as their core competencies provide a standardized approach to training and evaluating proficiency for critical skills that today’s legal professionals need to deliver their services efficiently and profitably. Law firms are seeing the value of gaining LTC4 certification to demonstrate their capabilities in an environment where clients are demanding enhanced service and value.
For over three decades, Infoware has been helping law firms improve productivity through its suite of legal document software applications and training services. “Partnering with LTC4 made total sense for Infoware. The success of our company has been based on promoting best practices in document creation and our products are focused on optimizing Microsoft Word for the legal market to drive improvements in productivity, consistency and accuracy,” says Dan Sharp, President and CEO at Infoware.
The close alignment between the LTC4 core competencies and the training curriculum Infoware delivers through its onboarding and training courses makes this partnership a natural fit for us” says Kathy Mergulhao, Manager, Customer Success at Infoware. “We have customers who are already LTC4 members so it only makes sense to support them in the industry and provide them with the ultimate training tools for success.”
As an vendor member, Infoware will be integrating LTC4 core competencies into the training it provides on its software products and will be able to offer evaluation and certification to LTC4 member firms.
