Infoware Acquires Flexpoint Software Solutions 

TORONTO, December 16, 2013 – We are pleased to announce that Infoware Development Inc. has purchased the software assets of Flexpoint Software Solutions and added Grant and Valerie Bowles to the team. Flexpoint has provided Microsoft Office consulting and development for over 19 years and has an impressive list of law firm and other clients in Ontario.

Grant and Valerie bring a wealth of knowledge and experience and by joining Infoware and adding their software solutions to our existing portfolio of products we believe we are better positioned to serve you in the future.
